2 bedroom 2 + bath home with lake views

This is a purely simple cottage, on South Bolton Lake, with a private dock and steps into the lake for easy access.   The lake is quite clean and clear, the bottom is sandy at our dock.  

There are 2 Queen Bedrooms & 2 baths. Big comfy living room with great lake views.  

Family fun!   Swim, float, or fish on this low Hp motor restricted lake.  

Gas grill and outdoor seating too!

Practical kitchen, with all the basics. 

We use quality linens, and the house is set up very well.   Since COVID we do not make the beds.  You will find the clean linens set on the beds for your use.  Be aware the house is on a main road but set back.  There is a shared turn around for easy access and exit.
